Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy explains what Nexsec Global LLC (“Nexsec Global”, “we”) does with the information you give us through this website. It covers this site only. It does not cover services delivered under a signed engagement, which are governed by that engagement’s own agreement.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into one of our forms and send to us. Nothing on this site collects information in the background.

From the enquiry forms on our landing and cybersecurity pages:

• Contact details — your name, work email address, and phone number if you choose to give one. The phone field is optional.
• What you tell us about your requirement — which services you are interested in, the size of your organisation or site, how urgent the work is, and anything you write in the free-text field.

From the VoiceBasket waitlist form on our AI Solutions page:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and WhatsApp number. All three are required, because we reply on whichever suits you.
• About your business — your shop name, city, roughly how many orders you handle a day, and which languages your customers use.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passwords, credentials, payment details, or confidential technical detail about your systems. A first conversation never needs them.

How your submission reaches us

When you submit any form on this site, your submission is sent to a Google Apps Script web application that we operate under our own Google account. It does three things: records your submission as a row in a private Google Sheet, sends us a notification email, and sends you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt.

This means Google processes your submission on our behalf — through Apps Script, Google Sheets and Gmail — as our data processor. Google does not receive it for its own purposes, and we do not use any other form-delivery provider.

The Sheet is private to our Google account and is not published, shared by link, or readable by anyone outside Nexsec Global.

How we use it

To read your enquiry, reply to it, and carry on the conversation about the work you are asking about. That is all. We do not use enquiry details for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The only parties who may handle it are:

• Nexsec Global staff working on your enquiry.
• Google, as the provider of Apps Script, Sheets and Gmail, which store and carry our submissions and mail. Google acts on our instructions in this role and is subject to its own terms as a service provider.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it of us.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script on any page.

One thing is worth naming, because it is a request that leaves your browser: our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and Fontshare. Loading a font from those services discloses your IP address and basic request details to them, as loading any external resource does. They are not given your enquiry, and we receive nothing back from them about you.

How long we keep it

Submissions are held in two places: as a row in our Google Sheet, and as email in our records.

We delete both — the row and the related correspondence — 24 months after the last activity on an enquiry, unless you have become an active client. Where you are an active client, we keep the records for as long as the engagement requires, after which they fall under that engagement’s own agreement rather than this policy.

Where the law requires us to retain something for longer, we keep it for that period and no longer.

Your choices

Write to us at info@nexsecglobal.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do that — removing both the Sheet row and the related correspondence. Because everything we hold comes from what you sent us, these requests are usually simple to honour. Depending on where you are, local data-protection law may give you further rights; we will meet those where they apply.

Security

This is a static website. It runs no server of ours and stores nothing about you in your browser. What you submit is stored in a private Google Sheet and in our email, both protected by the access controls on our Google account. Your submission is protected in transit by HTTPS. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, which is the reason for the caution above about what not to send.

Children

This site is aimed at organisations, not individuals, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If what we do with your information changes — in particular, once the delivery mechanism above is settled — we will update this page and move the date at the top of it.
