Terms & Conditions
About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, published by Nexsec Global LLC (“Nexsec Global”, “we”). By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.
They cover the website only. Any service we actually deliver for you is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
This site is informational
Everything here — service descriptions, capability summaries, figures, and the material on the Cybersecurity and AI Solutions pages — is published to tell you what we do. It is general information, not advice for your situation, and not a security assessment of your organisation.
Do not act on it as though it were tailored guidance. Security decisions depend on the specifics of your estate, and those need looking at properly. Ask us and we will look at them.
No offer, no contract
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or a client relationship. It starts a conversation. Work begins only when both sides have signed an agreement covering it.
Acceptable use
You may read this site, and share links to it. You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the site or its hosting, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not publicly published.
- Interfere with the site’s availability for others, or place an automated load on it beyond ordinary browsing.
- Use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising, malware, or anything unlawful, defamatory, or deliberately false.
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site’s content or design as your own, or use it to train a model without our written permission.
- Use the site in breach of any law that applies to you.
We are a security company, and we say this plainly: an unsolicited penetration test of our own site is not a favour and is not authorised. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, tell us at the address below rather than exploring further, and we will thank you for it.
No warranty on the content
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we publish it “as is”. We do not warrant that the content is complete, error-free, or up to date, or that the site will be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties that would otherwise apply.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nexsec Global is not liable for loss arising from your reliance on this website’s general content, or from the site being unavailable. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect our obligations under a signed engagement — those are set by that agreement, not by this page.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Nexsec Global or to its licensors, except where a page says otherwise. The VoiceBaskets material under AI Solutions is our own product work. You may quote or link to the site with attribution; you may not reproduce it wholesale.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere external, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data. Its terms and privacy policy apply once you arrive.
Where we operate
Nexsec Global operates across the Middle East, Egypt, and India. Those markets have different and independently binding laws on data protection, cryptography, telecommunications, and the provision of security services, and this site is a single set of pages read in all of them.
So read it accordingly: the availability and terms of any particular service depend on the jurisdiction it would be delivered in, and nothing here is an undertaking that a given service can be provided in your country on the terms described. The governing law and the forum for any dispute are fixed in the written agreement for that engagement, and are settled per engagement rather than asserted here. Nothing on this page overrides a mandatory consumer or data-protection right you hold locally.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site and the business change. The current version is the one on this page, with its date at the top; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Raising a concern or a dispute
Talk to us first — most things are resolved in one email, and we would rather hear about a problem than not. Write to info@nexsecglobal.com, with “Legal” in the subject line for a formal notice or a dispute, or “Security” for a vulnerability report.
